Terms & Conditions for the Tech Support Membership

By subscribing to the Tech Support Membership, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Nicola Liggins of The Design and Tech Studio (“Service Provider”).

Inclusions

The membership includes the specified amount of tech/design support time per month according to the chosen tier, access to email and messaging support, participation in monthly Q&A sessions, and access to exclusive mini-trainings or tutorials.

Terms of Payment & Membership Duration

Membership fees are billed monthly and are due at the time of subscription. The membership will auto-renew each month unless canceled by the Member.

Usage of Support Time

The allotted support time must be used within the month and cannot be rolled over to the next month. Any unused time will be forfeited at the end of each month.

Scope of Services

The support provided is for tech and design tasks that fit within the allotted time. Larger projects or tasks exceeding the monthly support time will require booking additional Spotlight VIP Sessions or upgrading the membership tier.

Email and Messaging Support

Email and messaging support response times vary by membership tier. Basic: 48 hours, Enhanced: 24 hours, Premium: 12 hours. Support is for follow-up on tasks completed during the support time and does not cover additional tasks.

Property Rights

All work produced during the membership remains the property of the Service Provider until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, property rights will transfer to the Member.

Publicity and Promotion Rights

Member agrees that any written statements, images, or recordings of their participation in the membership can be used by the Service Provider for promotional purposes.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable. Members can cancel their membership at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Confidentiality

All materials and session recordings provided during the membership are for the Member’s personal use only and must not be shared with others.
